Eat Your Way to Better Sleep

10.00 AM – 11.30 AMJoin KYN’s Clinical Nutritionist Eva Humphries MSc for a relaxed but informative 40 minute talk to explore the connection between the food we eat and the quality of our sleep, followed by a Q&A session.
Eva Humphries, MSc, DipION, mBANT, CNHC, is a BANT registered nutritionist with a realistic approach to healthy eating. She believes that smart nutrition is about adding in nutrients, or simply eating more of the good stuff, instead of avoiding every "bad" food group. Eva carries out nutritional therapy consultations, is asked to speak at conferences and writes for magazines, all in the name of promoting evidence-based, fad-free nutrition.

Creating a Sensory Garden

6.00 PM – 8.30 PMJoin Randle Siddeley, The Lord Kenilworth, for a walk through The Walled Garden and a discussion in The Great Room, followed by a Q&A session.
Randle Siddeley’s eponymous firm was established 50 years ago, combining his passion for landscape design and attention to detail. RSL’s Design Team specialises in designing landscapes and gardens for private residences and commercial developments all over the world. A registered practice of the Landscape Institute, the design team consists of a studio of Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, Horticulturalists and Garden Designers.

Preventing Falls

Specialising in post-operative and post-hospital admission rehabilitation, Samantha will share practical advice on optimising mobility, improving balance, and building strength. The event will conclude with a Q&A session and an opportunity for one-to-one advice.
